How to order

Total 6 steps to complete an order:

Request for Quote --> Add to cart --> Pay --> Production & Inspection -->Ship & Delivery --> Confirm and Review

  • 1  Request for Quote 

           Browse product listing, choose the item and send inquiries to us with your detailed requirement, such as item #, quantity to be purchased, color, size, logo requirement, packing demand and ship to addresss.

  • 2 Add to cart

      When you are ready to place a bulk order in wholesale quantity, please add the item to the cart, give your customization instruction and in hands date to us, including the ship to address, then we confirm the order with you. If need to revise the order, we will notify you on both email and online order.

  • 3 How to Pay

    After the order is confirmed, down payment is required, please pay via wire transfer or credit card to our bank account showed in the proforma invoice. If the trade terms is DDP or to door price, the shipping fee and duty are included. If the trade term is just FOB China, the shipping fee and destination duty is excluded. If the trade terms is CFR or DDU, the shipping fee is  included, but the duty is excluded in total price. 

     If pay by credit card, the additional financial fee is 3% by invoice amount.

  • 4 Production & Inspection 

     The products will be made according to the specification given in your order, before making the bulk order, a pre-production sample will be sent to buyer in advance to approve. The mass production will be made by vendor upon the approved pre-production sample by buyer. When the bulk order is to be finished, inspection procedure will be arranged before shipping, make sure the goods are made rightly, the inspection report will be sent to your order documents in our platform and your email address.

      Since the products are customized upon order, returns without reasonal reason are not allowed. 

  • 5 Ship & Delivery

    After the order is shipped, we will notify the tracking number for packages to you, such as air way bill number of FedEx/DHL, or container nubmer/booking number/Bill Lading Number of shipping by sea, we will notify its tracking link on website to you via email too. The delivery status can be found on these tracking link provided by carrier or forwarder.

  • 6 Confirm & Review

    After the order is delivered, please confirm you have received the goods from us and inspect the quality or quantity you have received within a week. Please review our service which let us know how to improve our customer satisfaction.
